Terms and Conditions

• 50 % deposit required on authorisation, Balance due on completion
• Purchase of Computers (Desktops / Laptops), Components, Perhiperals etc Payment to be made in full at time of placing order, as prices are Wholesale Related!
• PC Repair Quotations R150-00 workshop fee. any authorised work 50% deprosit will be required before commencement. Balance due on completion.
• PC Repair Callouts R600-00 within 25km Radius includes 1st hour and R500-00 per hour or part thereof.
• Networking Callouts R1000-00 within 25km Radius included 1st hour and R900-00 per hour of part thereof.
• Data Recovery Callouts  R1000-00 (Collect Only and take back to LAB) R2000-00 for Hard Drives up to 120gig, Special Prices on arrangement. (Hard Drives need to be handled with care and specially packaged to prevent heads damaging internal hard drive Platters)
•  PDF Documents Converted to Editable formats such as MS Word, Jpegs etc from: R1500 Basic to R300 000 Complex Documentation.
• Orders not collected within 30 days of Authorisation WILL BE SOLD to DEFRAY Expenses.
• All Items bought in and authorised for  repair, remain the property of Upmarket Producitons & Forensics until paid in full.
• All Items bought in for quotations and left for longer than 30 days will become the Property of Upmarket Producitons & Forensics and sold to defray expenses. 
• No Customer/s will be allowed into Studio and LAB without special permission and authorisation. (A Confidentiality Non - Disclosure will need to be completed in full before authorisation will be considered.
• All Customers information and Work / Projects are treated by us on a strict Confidential Basis.
